ORDER
(Passed on 09th September, 2017) 1.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous.

Learned State counsel in turn submits that the impugned transfer order dated 29.07.2011 (Annexure P-1) shall not be given effect to. 3.
In view of this, the relief, as has been prayed, has already been granted to the petitioner.
4.
The State Government shall be at liberty to pass a fresh order, if so they desire. 5.
