Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/01/2017 State counsel again prays for time.

Earlier, this Court had observed on 17/10/2016 that no further time would be granted. Thereafter, again time was granted but yet no reply has come. The petitioner has challenged the transfer order on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred to a place named 'Turpa' whereas there is no place called 'Turpa' in block - Patan. Therefore, he does not know, which place he has to join.

Learned State counsel could not dispute this defect raised by the petitioner. Therefore, in these circumstances, I am not inclined to keep the matter

pending. This petition is disposed off with a direction that the impugned order, by which the petitioner is being transferred to a place named Turpa, shall not be given effect to.
