The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred by showing him as posted at a place where the petitioner is actually not posted. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is posted as Headmaster in Govt. High School, Churteli, Block - Dabhra, Education District - Sakti whereas in the impugned order at Sl. No.52, the petitioner has been shown to be posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Churtela, Block - Dabhara, Education District - Sakti. 2.

On the face of it, there is only typographical mistake. Mere difference of High School or High Secondary and Churteli or Churtela, it cannot be said that the order suffers from such a defect which should warrant interference by the writ Court.
