Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/10/2017 Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner's services have been regularised vide order dated 08/09/2017 and the petitioner has waived the back wages granted to him under the award granted by the Labour Court. Thus, a settlement is arrived at between the parties. In view of the submission that settlement is arrived at between the parties and the document which show settlement between the parties, this petition is finally disposed off and interim order is vacated.
