This is repeat application for grant of anticipatory bail. The application for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected vide order dated 27/11/2020 taking into consideration the material against them. Consequently, some of the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail and therefore, this application has been repeated. It is also submitted that subsequently, the applicant and complainant party have compromised. 2.
This Court has considered and rejected the application upon consideration on merits and the application of Ramin Bai was considered and granted bail on some other grounds. Taking into consideration that Ramin Bai was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court, this Court has distinguished the case of present applicants and that of Ramin Bai. The allegation against the applicants are serious in nature. Therefore, no case is made out.

The application is accordingly rejected.
