Hon'ble Shri Justice N.K. Chandravanshi Order On Board 03/08/2021 (1) Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that as per the direction of this Court dated 27.07.2021, report has been received from Central Jail, Durg, wherein it has been mentioned that applicant Tikendra Sahu has been released on 20.08.2020 after getting remission and completion of his jail sentence. (2) Learned counsel for the State/respondent is directed to submit the said report before the Registry. Thereafter, the Registry will attach the report in the file.

(3) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant has already been released after getting remission and completion of his jail sentence, he does not want to press the present revision petition.

(4) In view of the above submission, the instant revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
