Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these petitions were filed challenging the interim orders passed by the Board of Revenue. Subsequent to that, the Board of Revenue has disposed off the case finally. Therefore, the petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw these petitions and file appropriate petition.

Accordingly, both these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty is granted as prayed. Liberty is also granted to raise all the grounds which have been raised in the petition which is proposed to be filed by the petitioner.
