1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has retired on 31.05.2019 and despite considerable time has been passed the GPF, gratuity and other dues that payable to the petitioner has not been paid till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not known about the fact as to why those dues are withhold. He submits that he has filed a representation Annexure P-1 dated 28.02.2020 before Respondent No. 2, which may be directed to be deiced within a stipulated period.

3. Considering the fact that it is not in dispute that the petitioner stands retired

on 31.05.2019, it is directed that the representation (Annexure P-1) dated 28.02.2020 shall be decided by the concerned respondent within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if there is no impediment in the payment of dues it may be cleared forthwith.
