1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.73/2020, registered at Police Station Takhatpur, District Bilaspur, for offence punishable under Section 385 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Rinio Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam.
2. This application has been filed directly before the High Court without availing the jurisdiction before the Sessions Court and no specific reason has been assigned as to why the applicant is incapacitated to move before the Sessions Court.
3. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
4. Let the applicant move before the Sessions Court and depending upon the outcome of his application he would be at liberty to move before this Court.
