1. The default pointed-out by the Registry as of now stands ignored. With the consent of the parties, the petition is heard on admission.

2. The limited prayer that the petitioner has made is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 5 to conclude the Revenue case

-2No.5-A-06/2018-2019 within a stipulated period. According to the counsel for the petitioner, he has initiated the mutation proceedings, which is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 5 since long and the limited direction, which he seeks at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for an early conclusion of the said proceedings.

3. The said limited relief of the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the Respondent No. 5 to take a decision in the aforementioned revenue case that is the mutation proceedings, at the earliest preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
