1. Perused PUD dated 14.10.2020 received from the office of Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Raipur (C.G.) and report dated 16.10.2020 received from 1st Additional Session Judge, Balodabazar (C.G.), it has been reported that the Appellant has already been released from jail on 19.04.2010 after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Looking to the above, learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he does not want to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
