Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 06/11/2015 (1) At the outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition in relation to petitioners No. 3 and 4.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in relation to petitioners No. 3 & 4.
(3) Heard this writ petition in relation to petitioners No. 1, 2 & 5. (4) Petitioners No. 1, 2 & 5 are claiming that they have been wrongly deprived of the promotion from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III to Shiksha Karmi Grade-II (Teacher Panchayat). (5) Rule 18 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 provides for a representation to the prescribed authority, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners No. 1,2 & 5 to move representation before the prescribed authority raising their grievances concerning denial of promotion within a period of one month from today.
