1. Heard.

2. The limited grievance of the petitioners is that though the petitioners have rendered the job under Respondent No. 3, District Mission Co-ordinator, Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission and are still working but they have not been paid the salary for the month of June 2017.

3. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have made several correspondence and the last correspondence inter se in between the department was made by Annexure P-4 dated 06.01.2020 to the Respondent No. 3 whereby the amount of salary of June 2017 has been prayed to be released.

4. Considering the limited aspect of this issue and after perusal of the inter se correspondence in between the department, specially last letter dated 06.01.2020, wherein the demand of releasing the salary of June 2017, has been sought for, Respondent No. 2 Managing Director, Office of State Project, Holistic Education, C.G. is directed to decide the claim of the petitioners within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent authority shall also take into account the internal correspondence dated 06.01.2020 which is being filed as Annexure P-4.
