(3) Heard this writ petition in relation to petitioners No. 1, 2 & 5. (4) Petitioners No. 1 to 5 are claiming that they have been wrongly deprived of the promotion from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III to Shiksha Karmi Grade-II (Teacher Panchayat).

(5) Rule 18 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 provides for a representation to the prescribed authority, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners No. 1 to 5 to move representation before the prescribed authority raising their grievances concerning denial of promotion within a period of one month from today.
