1. The substantive grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that, in compliance of the order of transfer dated 13.08.2017 and the order passed by the department dated 22.01.2019, the petitioner has given his joining to the office of the Block Medical Officer, Marwahi, on 28.02.2019, however, the Block Medical Officer, Marwahi was finding it difficult to give any charge to the petitioner as there was no post lying vacant at Marwahi and the Block Medical Officer has sought necessary guidance from the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bilaspur.

2. The difficulty of the petitioner is that, the petitioner stands relieved from his earlier place of posting i.e. Primary Health Centre Sakri and he has also

given his joining at Community Health Centre, Marwahi, but for want of sanctioned vacant post the petitioner has not been given proper charge at Marwahi.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as narrated by the petitioner, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents No.2&3 are directed to ensure that proper steps are taken and the petitioner is provided necessary work and charge at the present place of posting i.e. Community Health Centre, Marwahi.

4. Expecting prompt decision on the part of respondents No.2&3 preferably within a period of 45 days from today, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
