Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for grant of diversion of the land filed under Section 172 of the Land Revenue Code is pending before respondent No.2 since 25.4.2015 and the same has not been decided. Considering the limited nature of grievance, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on petitioner's application for diversion as early as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
