After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the law.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner. If the petitioner files an appropriate petition / application before the competent authority, the competent authority shall consider and do well to dispose of the petition expeditiously.
