1. This is an application for restoration of MAC No.294/2019 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 06.03.2019.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and MAC No.294/2019 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs.400/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks.

3. It is made clear, if the cost is not paid within a period of two weeks from today, this order shall lose its efficacy.
