1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being given the benefit of Pharmacist Grade-II w.e.f 2016 but they are entitled from year 2004 for which they may be allowed to make representation before the respondent authority and the respondent authority be directed to decide the petitioners'

representation within the stipulated time.

2. Be that as it may, petitioners are at liberty to make representation before the respondent authority within four weeks and that will be decided by the respondent

authority within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
