This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2014, registered at Police Station-Tumla, District-Jashpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the IPC (however charge sheet has been filed for offence punishable under Section 379, 427/34 of the IPC and Section 136 of the Electricity Act and Sections 39/192, 50/177, 146/136 and 3/181 of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.
After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application by this Court. 3.
Accordingly, second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. 4.
