The claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled to Selection Grade Pay-scale as specified in Order dated 01.04.2013 (Annexure P/4) of the State Government.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already submitted the representation to the competent authority, but decision has not been taken on the representation. 3.
Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's claim would be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law and appropriate decision shall be taken thereon.

On petitioner's preferring fresh representation within a period of four weeks, the competent authority shall consider and take decision on the same as early as possible considering that the petitioner is going to retire in the next year.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
