Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 27/08/2015 Shri Agrawal has filed I.A. No.02, application seeking amendment in the writ petition. He submits that the petitioner has received many new documents after filing of the writ petition under the Right to Information Act and therefore these documents are necessary.

Opposing this amendment application counsel for the respondents have argued that mere filing of documents will not serve the purpose of the petitioner unless he makes specific pleadings and the respondents get liberty to counter the same.

Counsel for the Union of India submits that it would be better to file a fresh petition taking all those grounds including the new grounds which he

has taken in the amendment application.

In view of the submission made by the respondents counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with the liberty to file petition afresh taking all the grounds in support of the same. Counsel for the respondents have no objection to the above preposition.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty.
