Agrawal Order On Board 04/11/2016 (1) Since all the writ petitions involve common question of law and facts, they are being disposed of by this common order. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the respective petitioners would submit that the petitioners are entitled for grade pay of Rs.8,700/- since 8.6.2007 as fixed for Prawar Shreni Vetanman of the Medical Officer Service Cadre as provided in the order dated 01.04.2013 by the State Government but that has not been granted to the petitioners, for which,

they have already made representations but as the representations have not been decided and the benefits have not been given to the petitioners, the State Authorities may be directed to consider and decide the pending representation within the specific time frame. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, The State Government is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 04.01.2016 expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the production of certified copy of this order and take decision in that regard. The petitioners are also entitled to file additional representation to the State Government for redressal of their grievances within a period of two weeks from today. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of.
