(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 199/2014 registered at Police Station Kharsiya, District Raigarh for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, at the outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail

application with a prayer that the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of copy of this order.
