This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent on the submission that despite order of the Court, the petitioner is not being allowed to continue and his application has been rejected.

Vide order dated 29.08.2016, this Court clearly directed that the petitioner shall be allowed to continue though as temporary Kotwar. The order clearly means that as temporary arrangement the petitioner alone shall be allowed to continue, however, it appears that the respondent has not construed the order in its proper manner. The import of the interim order dated 29.08.2016 is clear that the petitioner is to be allowed to continue as temporary Kotwar till the regular Kotwar is appointed. 3.

Let a copy of this order be placed before the respondent for due compliance. It is made clear that if despite this clear order, order dated 29.08.2016 is not complied with, this Court may initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
