1. By the order dated 03/11/2018 passed by Civil Judge Class -I, Pendra Road in Execution Case No. 220-A/1986, petitioner's application under Order 21 Rule 98, 99, 100, 101 read with Section 151 of the CPC has been rejected against which he has preferred this writ petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to make a fresh application before the Execution Court for redressal of his grievances and that be directed to be decided expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application before the Execution Court for redressal of his greivances and that will be heard and decided by the Civil Judge Class- I, Pendra Road strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
