Even though, this writ application has been labelled as a public interest litigation but the whole effort made through the present writ application is to protect the personal interest of a so-called benefit which has been acquired by the Petitioner or his forefathers on the basis of an order dated 14.07.1981 passed by the Tahsildar of Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa. 3.
