Shri Yogesh Chandra, Advocate for the respondent. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 02.12.2020 passed by this court in WPS No.4608 of 2020. For the reasons assigned in the application and also taking note of the present situation, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the applicants-SECL is granted further extension of 60 days time to comply with the order dated 02.12.2020.

The MCC accordingly stands allowed and disposed of. The applicantsSECL is granted 60 days further time to comply with the order dated 02.12.2020 passed in WPS No.4608 of 2020. It is made clear that in case if the applicantsSECL failed to comply with the order of this court within the extended period of time, the non-applicant-employee would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to her under the provisions of law.
