(1) Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue raised in this batch of writ petition is squarely covered with the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 3268 of 2017 (Smt. Jagriti Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others) and other connected matters, decided on 25.01.2018, therefore, this batch of writ petition may be disposed of in terms of paragraphs 11 and 12 of the aforesaid order, which read as under:- "11.
In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court is of the opinion that respondent No. 2- Public Service Commission should be afforded an opportunity to consider the case of petitioners afresh whether they have requisite qualification of Ph.D. in accordance with Regulation, 2009 or not after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 12.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners will submit necessary certificates/documents that they are having Ph.D. degree in accordance with Regulations, 2009 within a period of 15 days from today before the Respondent No. 2, Public Service Commission and in turn, the respondent No. 2-PSC shall consider the same after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of further four weeks from the date of its receipt and to pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law." (2) In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of paragraphs 11 & 12 of the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 3268 of 2017 (Smt. Jagriti Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others) and other connected matters, decided on 25.01.2018.
