The transfer order is under challenge on the ground of there being frequent transfer.

According to the petitioner, his own showing, the petitioner was placed under suspension while continuing in the District Office at Rajnandgaon. Vide order dated 27/10/2015, suspension was revoked and the petitioner was posted at Ghumka. By impugned order, he has been posted at Manpur. Both the places are in the same district and nearby place.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the transfer order in exercise of discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
