(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.114/2015 registered at Police Station Saraswati Nagar, Raipur, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 27.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3492/2015. (4) Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the

case and after hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application as two Criminal Cases bearing No.3846/2013 and Case No.155/2010 is pending consideration against the applicant, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
