Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has already preferred a writ appeal against the order dated 12.09.2018 passed in WP No. 3904 of 2003.

In view of the fact that the respondent has already filed a writ appeal against the order dated 12.09.2018, this Court is of the opinion that it would not be proper at this juncture for this Court to proceed further with the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt case stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to approach this Court again after disposal of the writ appeal in case need so arises.
