1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed an application under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kurud, District Dhamtari on 24-12-2018 (Annexure P/1) to register FIR against the private respondent, but till date the said application is undecided and even no preliminary enqiry has not been initiated by learned Judicial Magistrate. He would further submit that the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kurud, District Dhamtari may be directed to decide case as early as possible.
2. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, it is directed that learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kurud, shall make an endeavour to conclude the proceedings and shall decide the case, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of 1 year and six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case and learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kurud, shall apply his mind and pass an order, in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid observations and direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
