1. Learned counsel for the State, referring to the averments and the documents filed along with the return, submits that in fact representation of the petitioner was already rejected on 4.8.2016 by the Govt. and only thereafter the petitioner was relieved.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission and the documents dated 4.8.2016, it is found that on 26.9.2016 when this Court had taken cognizance of the matter and passed interim order, representation of the petitioner was already rejected. Therefore, in this view of the matter, this petition is disposed off though with
