Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 18.07.2019 1.
Alleging non compliance of the order dated 21.02.2018 passed this court in WPS No.1540 of 2018, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.
On instructions, the counsel appearing for the respondents have produced an order dated 05.05.2018 issued to each of the petitioners whereby the respondents have taken a decision that since there is an enquiry pending so far as initial appointment of the petitioners itself, therefore till the enquiry is concluded, the claim for regularization of the petitioners cannot be done.
3.
Perusal of the order passed this court on 21.02.2018 would reveal that this court had only directed the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners for regularization, which the respondents vide their order dated 05.05.2018 have decided. In case, if the petitioners are not satisfied with the order dated 05.05.2018 or aggrieved by any subsequent decision of the respondents, they would be at liberty to challenge the same afresh. 4.
Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
