The instant petition is for correction of Crime number. The bail was granted to the petitioner in M.Cr.C. No. 5218/2016 on 08.09.2016 wherein the Crime number has been shown as 262/2004. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the dismissal order of the Court below two crime numbers has been shown at the heading of the order as Crime number 264/2004, wherein in the body of the order Crime Number has been shown as 262/2004, whereas the actual Crime Number is 264/2004, therefore, the same correction may be done.

State counsel do not dispute the same.

Considering the fact, in the order dated 08.09.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 5218 of 2016, the Crime number 262/2004 be read as Crime number 264/2004, rest of the condition of the order dated 08.09.2016 shall remain the same.
