At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.4 jointly submit that the dispute has been finally set at rest as the entire amount payable by the petitioner towards discharge of loan liability has been paid to the Bank.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed off as having rendered infructuous.
