The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 27-08-2016, by which, he has been suspended. It is submitted that that against the suspension order, an appeal has been preferred by the petitioner on 02-09-2016, which is still pending. 3.

Though, number of grounds have been raised in this petition to assail the correctness and validity of order of suspension, considering that the petitioner has

already preferred an appeal, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending. 4.
