1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a landless person, therefore, he applied for allotment of land according to the policy of the Government. He submits that though the like nature Abadi land at village Masturi have been granted to different persons but the case of the petitioner has not been considered. Therefore, the respondent No.2 & 3 may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for allotment of Abadi land as has been granted to the other likewise persons without any discrimination.

2. According to Annexure P-3 & Annexure P-4, it appears that the petitioner has already applied for allotment of Abadi land at village Masturi. Considering the limited prayer made, since the Abadi land of the like nature has been granted to other likewise landless persons then the case of the petitioner is also required to be considered. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent No.2 & 3 shall consider the grant of land to the petitioner as has been granted to the likewise other persons of the

village without any discrimination within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
