1. Heard.

2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though he has rendered the job of Assistant Teacher at Govt. Primary School but he has not been paid the salary for the month of March 2014 to August 2014 and August 2018, therefore, he has moved a representation (Annexure P-2) before Respondent No. 3, Block Education Officer on 30.08.2018, it is prayed that the same may be decided within a stipulated period of time.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, without any observation on the merits

of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation before Respondent No. 3 within a period of 3 weeks from today, if such representation is filed the same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
