1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 18 June, 2021 petitioner has been given promotion from Class IV to Class III employee but he is entitled for the promotion and other benefits w.e.f 30.12.2013 for which he may be allowed to make representation before the respondent authority.

2. Prayer is fair and reasonable.

3. Petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent authority within four weeks from today and respondent authority is directed to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
