1. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.144/2020, registered at Police Station: Basantpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on merit on 08-01-2021 in MCRC No.7627 of 2020.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application.

4. Permission granted.
