The applicant has filed this fourth bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.115/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 21 (b) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not consider the present to be a fit case for grant of bail.

Accordingly, the 4th bail application is rejected. However, the NDPS Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial.
