The petitioner has directly approached to this Court without filing application for grant of parole before District Magistrate, Bilaspur.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file application for grant of parole before the District Magistrate, Bilaspur and if that application is made, that will be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
