Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been acquitted from the trial court, therefore, he does not want to prosecute the present petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

Prayer is allowed.

As the petitioner has already been acquitted from the trial court, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be serve, if the present petition is continued.
