Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Hon'ble Shri Justice Chandra Bhushan Bajpai Order On Board By Justice Pritinker Diwaker 05/10/2016 (Later on in chamber) By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought direction from this Court to the respondents for production of one Shanti Jaiswal, with whom he claims to have performed marriage. According to the petitioner, Shanti Jaiswal has been forcibly taken away by her parents

i.e. respondents No. 5 & 6 from his custody and is in their illegal detention since 30.3.2016.

02. Shanti Jaiswal is present in the Court along with police officer. On being asked, she submits that she does not at all want to go with the petitioner and she is happily living with her parents without any pressure, coercion, threat or influence. Since the alleged detenu has categorically denied that she is illegally detained by her parents, and refused to be in the company of the petitioner, noting survives in this petition for adjudication.

03. Resultantly, the petition is dismissed.
