After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order (Annexure - P/5) before the Commissioner / Board of Revenue by filing appropriate application. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner. 4.
