1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.433/2014 (Special ST No.2/2015 pending in the Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Baloda Bazaar), registered at Police Station Palari, Distt. Baloda Bazaar-Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the IPC and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence and the fact that trial is in advanced stage and seven witnesses have already been examined, the ends of justice will be served by directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
