1. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and also seeks issuance of direction to the trial Court for expeditious trial of the case pending against the applicant.

2. In view of the above submission made, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial against this applicant and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months.
