Hon'ble Shri Justice Chandra Bhushan Bajpai Order On Board 10.5.2016 At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant Cr.M.P. has become infructuous after the order dated 21.11.2011 passed by the trial Court subsequently whereby and whereunder the accused was discharged from the offence on account of non compliance of impugned order dated 27.12.2010. 2.

As submitted, the instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of as infructuous. The petitioner may file petition for the ultimate cause if available and advised under the law.
